Shipping Policy

Because every product is custom 3D printed to order, we require 3–4 business days to print, quality-check and package your item before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Complex or large items (e.g. Premium Figurines) may take up to 5–6 business days — we will contact you if this applies to your order.

Orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above qualify for free shipping anywhere in India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 is applied at checkout.

We deliver pan-India using Shiprocket-partnered couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC and others). We currently do not ship outside India. Remote or hilly areas may experience longer delivery times.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime using your order number at: https://kartexpress.co.in/track.php

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the shipment is returned to us. Re-dispatch in such cases will incur a fresh shipping charge.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering.

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at er.ranaakshay@gmail.com. We will raise a claim with the courier and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
